John Lynch represents employers and employees in state and federal courts and advises clients in a variety of employment and business disputes. He has practiced in state and federal courts — as both first and second chair — and arbitrations throughout the country.

His experience includes discrimination suits, C-level executive exit negotiations, non-compete and trade secret matters, employment prosecution and defense matters, accounting malpractice, and commercial real estate disputes.

Mr. Lynch is a licensed non-public arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution Services and has assisted financial advisors with transitions between broker-dealers and with arbitrations under FINRA’s Dispute Resolution Services.

Recognized by Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2016 to 2019, Mr. Lynch is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the St. Thomas More Society, an organization of Catholic lawyers. He is licensed to practice in all federal district and bankruptcy courts in Texas.
