Rachel Z. Ullrich is a Texas trial attorney who practices employment law. Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, she represents employers and executives in all facets of the employer-employee relationship.

Ms. Ullrich works with employers to provide practical, business-forward legal solutions to employee issues, including issues related to employee hiring, firing and discipline, leave and accommodation requests, wage and hour compliance, and complaints involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace. Ms. Ullrich routinely advises on employment policies and procedures and provides essential training to employees and managers on topics such as interviewing, sexual harassment, discrimination and disability accommodations.

An experienced trial attorney, Ms. Ullrich handles workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases from beginning to end, from charges of discrimination at the administrative stage to litigation and arbitrations in state and federal court including appeals. She regularly handles workplace investigations and has been called upon by employers to represent individual executives when separate counsel is needed.

Ms. Ullrich also routinely works with employers and executives on contractual issues and related litigation including restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements. She has considerable experience seeking and defending temporary restraining orders and temporary injunctions involving claims for misappropriation of trade secrets and breaches of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.

Ms. Ullrich has represented all-sized companies in a wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, oil and gas, automobile dealerships, assisted living, printing, insurance, manufacturing, aviation, technology, and non-profit.
