Clouse Brown is strengthening its business and fiduciary litigation capabilities with the addition of skilled litigator Cheryl L. Mann.
Ms. Mann brings substantial experience handling complex commercial legal disputes through all stages of litigation. She has successfully represented clients in negotiations, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings. In recognition of her experience, Texas Super Lawyers has named her to their annual list of the top practitioners in the state since 2021.

Ms. Mann focuses on delivering practical legal solutions while aggressively protecting clients’ interests. Known for thorough preparation, strong advocacy, clear communication and proficiency with litigation technology, she approaches every case with attention to detail and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes efficiently and effectively.
Throughout her career, Ms. Mann has handled a broad range of litigation matters involving commercial disputes, contract litigation, employment law and probate disputes. She understands that legal disputes can have significant personal and financial consequences and works closely with clients to develop strategies tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.
Ms. Mann is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She earned her J.D. from Ohio Northern University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of her legal work, Ms. Mann is an animal lover who volunteers for Operation Kindness. An avid traveler, she also serves in various positions in local, state, and national travel groups.
