Clouse Brown’s Keith Clouse, Alyson C. Brown and Emily Stout, all Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, have been selected to Texas Super Lawyers for 2018 for their work in employment and labor law.
“We’re thrilled once again to be included on the list,” says Clouse Brown name partner Alyson Brown. “Although we’re a new firm, we’ve built our practice on years of expertise, and this recognition further confirms that we are providing reliable and valuable counsel.”
Currently in his 16th consecutive year of being named to Super Lawyers, name partner Keith Clouse has been included on the list since its inaugural year in 2003. Keith has more than a quarter century of experience representing senior-level and C-suite executives, business owners, physicians, and corporations in complex employment litigation, arbitration, and negotiations. This listing is the third in a year of recognition for Keith, who was named to The Best Lawyers in America last month, as well as to D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas in May.
Alyson Brown, who has appeared on the list for nine years, represents employers and executives in all facets of the employment relationship. She has tried cases in both state and federal courts, and represents clients in arbitrations and administrative proceedings with state and federal agencies. Her clients work in a broad range of industries, including health care, banking, energy, technology, retail, manufacturing, hospitality and nonprofit.
Emily Stout, a specialist with Clouse Brown, has been named to Texas Super Lawyers since 2013. Emily handles labor and employment litigation in federal, state, and appellate courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies. She also advises clients on all aspects of employment and conducts investigations of employee complaints on behalf of employers.
Based on a hybrid peer-review and independent research model, Super Lawyers recognizes no more than the top five percent of attorneys in each state.
