Keith Clouse Named Lawyer of the Year for Labor and Employment Litigation

For another year, The Best Lawyers in America has named Clouse Brown founders Keith Clouse and Alyson Brown to the publication in recognition of their expertise in employment law. Both Mr. Clouse and Ms. Brown were selected for:
- Employment Law – Individuals
- Employment Law – Management
- Litigation – Labor and Employment
Mr. Clouse was also named to the list for his achievements in a fourth area: labor law – management.
Additionally, the publication named Mr. Clouse the Lawyer of the Year in Dallas/Fort Worth for litigation – labor and employment.
This year marks Mr. Clouse’s eleventh year on the list and Ms. Brown’s sixth consecutive year.
“We don’t do what we do for the awards, but it’s nevertheless gratifying that our fellow attorneys consider us effective, reliable and ethical counsel,” said Ms. Brown. “I also want to extend my congratulations to my partner, Keith. He deserves every accolade that comes his way.”
Mr. Clouse’s Lawyer of the Year honor is the latest recognition in which he is singled out for his achievements in employment law. D Magazine named Mr. Clouse to its Hall of Fame this year, which is reserved for attorneys who have appeared on the publication’s Best Lawyers in Dallas list for at least 15 years.
Furthermore, both Mr. Clouse and Ms. Brown have been featured on D Magazine’s Faces of Influence series as Faces of Employment Law.
Based on a peer-review model that has been in place since 1983, Best Lawyers compiles its lists using feedback from previously recognized lawyers. Attorneys cannot offer payment in exchange for inclusion on the list.
