We are thrilled to welcome John Lynch to the Clouse Brown team.
Mr. Lynch’s experience includes discrimination suits, C-level executive exit negotiations, and non-compete and trade secret matters, among other employment-related issues. He is licensed to practice in all federal district and bankruptcy courts in Texas and has experience in complex commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Lynch is also a licensed non-public arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution Services and has assisted financial advisors with transitions between broker-dealers and with arbitrations under FINRA.
“John has built a reputation for his intelligence and competent advocacy,” said name partner Alyson Brown. “He’ll be an asset to our team and our clients.”
Mr. Lynch earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Dallas and his J.D from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2009. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association and the St. Thomas More Society, a faith-based Catholic law organization.
The addition of a new team member is the latest in a year of achievements, including a “Best Law Firms” recognition, as well as a new partner announcement, and Best Lawyers, Texas Super Lawyers and Ones to Watch honors.
