D Magazine has once again singled out Clouse Brown founders Keith Clouse and Alyson Brown for their work in labor and employment law in the publication’s annual Best Lawyers in Dallas list.
Mr. Clouse, who is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, celebrates his 19th consecutive year on the list.
Ms. Brown is similarly Board Certified, as are most of Clouse Brown’s attorneys. Megan Dixon was the most recent to achieve this status, having passed her exam (among meeting other criteria) earlier this year.
“At Clouse Brown, we focus on representing highly successful C-suite and senior executives in connection with their employment deals and agreements, including equity ownership,” said Mr. Clouse. “We know what should be in a ‘market contract’ and we use our decades of experience to help drive and achieve great results for our clients.”
D Magazine isn’t the only publication where Mr. Clouse and Ms. Brown stand out. In the year since D Magazine published its last list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas, Clouse Brown received a “Best Law Firms” recognition for its work in multiple areas of employment law. Individually, Mr. Clouse and Ms. Brown have each received Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers recognitions.
To build their list, D Magazine’s editors first collect peer nominations from lawyers throughout the Dallas area. Then, editors conduct an independent review in consultation with an anonymous group of leading local attorneys to select the final honorees.
