Employment law specialists and Clouse Brown PLLC founders Keith Clouse and Alyson Brown have both been named to D Magazine’s annual list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas for their work in employment law.
To earn a spot on the list, D Magazine’s editors collect nominations from lawyers throughout Dallas/Fort Worth and then conduct an independent review in consultation with an anonymous group of leading local attorneys.
This is Mr. Clouse’s tenth consecutive year on the list (and his twelfth overall) and it is Ms. Brown’s second appearance on the list.
“When we launched our firm two years ago, we set out to provide quality legal advice to our executive, corporate and physician clients,” Ms. Brown said. “We started out strong, and Keith and I are proud to know that our clients and colleagues continue to appreciate the work we do.”
The firm’s second year of operations was a notable one for its attorneys and staff. In August, they welcomed Megan Smale to the firm, and Mr. Clouse was inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in November. In January 2020, Camille Avant became Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and was named a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters publication.
Both Mr. Clouse and Ms. Brown are Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. They practiced law together for 20 years before opening their firm, which focuses on representing senior executives, management teams, and companies in high-stakes employment law matters.
