In recognition of their expertise in employment law, D Magazine has named Clouse Brown founders Keith Clouse and Alyson Brown among the Best Lawyers in Dallas for 2023. This is Mr. Clouse’s 17th consecutive year on the list and Ms. Brown’s fifth.
In addition to the consecutive yearly “Best Lawyers” recognitions, D Magazine’s sister publication, D CEO, named Ms. Brown to its 2023 edition of the Dallas 500, which features the most influential North Texas business leaders and executives across an array of industries and professions. Similarly, D Magazine named Mr. Clouse to its Hall of Fame, which honors attorneys who have been selected to D’s annual list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas for at least 15 years.
“We’re very appreciative the members of the Dallas Bar continue to vote for us and put us on D’s best lawyer list,” said Mr. Clouse. “We couldn’t be more grateful.”
In the year since D Magazine published its 2022 list of the Best Lawyers in Dallas, Clouse Brown received a “Best Law Firms” recognition for its work in multiple areas of employment law. Individually, Mr. Clouse and Ms. Brown have each received Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers recognitions. The firm also welcomed another attorney, Megan Dixon, as a member of their litigation team.
To compile their publication, D Magazine’s editors first collect peer nominations from lawyers throughout the Dallas area. Then, editors conduct an independent review in consultation with an anonymous group of leading local attorneys to select the final honorees. None of the publications mentioned in this blog post permit compensation in exchange for selection.
